Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs at Bromham CofE Primary School. The role is 25 hours per week, split mornings and afternoons, with a break in between, and options for term-time or 52 weeks including holiday clubs.

You will manage a small team, engage children ages 4-11, and liaise with schools and families. The role offers leadership experience, opportunities to increase hours in holiday seasons, and a supportive,

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or related roles preferred.
• Excellent communication with parents and teams.
• Ability to plan and lead activities for ages 4-11.

Responsibilities

• Greet children morning and afternoon with energy through games and sports.
• Lead after-school activities: arts, crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports.
• Plan age-appropriate, inclusive and fun sessions.
• Lead and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality care.
• Communicate confidently with parents, schools and central operations.
• Ensure health, safeguarding and company procedures are followed.
