Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Manager for a site in Killamarsh, Sheffield. The role is term-time only, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. You will prepare and present nutritionally balanced meals and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental regulations.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, budgets and client liaison to exceed expectations. You’ll lead and train the site team, monitor KPIs with your manager, and drive continuous improvements

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure location complies with Health & Safety and Food Safety laws
• Maintain Caterlink’s reputation for quality food and service
• Oversee day-to-day running, inventories, budgets and action plans
• Be the main client contact in the school and drive improvements
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with your line manager
• Train and develop teams to excel in their roles
