Job summary

South West Norse is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant/Driver for Hawkchurch Primary School in Sidmouth. 15 hours per week, Mon-Fri 11:00am-2:00pm, term-time only.

You will prepare, serve and assist with meals, while transporting meals between Sidmouth and Hawkchurch with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. This role offers training and the opportunity to develop within a national catering and facilities management provider.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience preferred or willingness to be trained.
• Full UK Driving Licence required with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, cooking, presentation and service of meals to students and staff.
• Transport meals from Sidmouth Primary School to Hawkchurch Primary School and return; ensure timely delivery.
• Work as part of a team, maintain hygiene and safety standards.
