Job summary

School-Home Support is seeking an Attendance and Family Support Worker based at Woodlands Primary School in Sheffield to deliver a programme of casework that promotes educational outcomes for children and families, with a focus on improving attendance, punctuality and engagement.

You will build strong relationships with school staff, parents and carers, apply safeguarding procedures, and participate in an induction programme; this is a permanent, term-time only role with 35 hours per week plus

Qualifications

• Experience in education settings to improve attendance and engagement.
• Experience engaging with parents/carers in individual/group settings.
• Knowledge of safeguarding processes and referral routes.

Responsibilities
