Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing successful tenders for a main contractor or civil projects.

• Clear writing and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to clients.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end tendering process from ITT assessment to submission.
• Write and edit compelling technical, safety, environmental, and quality responses.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time bid programs and asset libraries.
• Identify contract risks and advise on value engineering and pricing strategies.
