Zusammenfassung

Otis is seeking an Estimator in London to manage tenders and budget estimates for major projects. You will generate quotes from diverse sources, track quotations, and build strong customer relationships to help achieve financial and operational targets.

The role requires a background in engineering or construction, familiarity with architectural drawings, and a proactive, target-driven approach. Training will be provided onsite at our London office.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a project/bid preparation role.
• Background within Engineering or Construction (Elevator/Escalator desirable).
• Strong understanding of architectural/structural schematic drawings.
• Proven ability to work to targets with a confident telephone manner.
• Good IT skills and be highly organised.
• Problem solving skills with a solutions oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Onsite training planned at our London office.

• Manage all tenders and budget estimates for major projects.
• Use a variety of quotation sources to generate quotes and estimates for customers.
• Track and follow up on all quotations.
