Job summary

The Lighthouse Project at Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Tenant Support Worker to join our Support Services team in Cardiff. You will provide housing-related support to adults and families facing homelessness or tenancy challenges, coordinating with partners to ensure access to relevant services.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge/ability to work with vulnerable people.
• Knowledge/understanding of housing related support.
• Knowledge/understanding of landlord and tenant issues.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to undertake assessments and develop support plans with service users.
• Ability to work with colleagues to achieve a shared vision.
• Understand the legal, ethical and strategic reasons for supporting workplace diversity.
• Ability to drive with full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• You will be a great support worker in the Lighthouse Project’s Support Services department, ensuring the needs of the service user are met within the project specifics.
• You will be passionate about the difference quality housing related support can make to people’s lives.
