Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Customer Adviser to join a busy housing organisation in West Dunbartonshire on a temporary contract running until the end of January 2027. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting ASAP.

You will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants and service users, acting as a main point of contact and providing administrative support across repairs, voids, allocations, lettings, rent arrears, asset compliance and contractor

Qualifications

• Organised, customer-focused with strong administration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in housing, property, local government or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities
