Foxtons Estate Agents is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Consultant to join the Renewals team. This fast-paced, relationship-focused role involves managing tenancy reviews, retaining business, and negotiating successful renewals across a portfolio of residential properties.

You will build strong landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate with lettings negotiators and property managers, and drive exceptional service while supporting commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct tenancy reviews across a portfolio of residential properties

• Proactively engage with clients to strengthen long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
