Job summary

Foxtons Estate Agents in London is seeking a motivated Tenancy Review Consultant to join our Lettings team. In a fast-paced, relationship-focused role, you will manage tenancy reviews, identify opportunities to retain business and negotiate successful renewals with landlords and tenants.

You will work closely with lettings negotiators, property managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, while delivering exceptional service and hitting commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy reviews across a portfolio of residential properties.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants to understand needs and plans.
