Hull City Council is seeking a Part Time Tenant Participation Officer to lead on engaging tenants, residents and stakeholders to influence housing services. The role emphasizes promoting involvement, researching new engagement approaches, and delivering training to support service improvements.

The post focuses on monitoring participation, reporting to senior managers, and ensuring equality and diversity in all engagement activities. 30 hours per week, with a view to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tenant participation projects and engaging tenants, residents and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead on the promotion of tenant involvement and a broad menu of engagement opportunities.
• Research, innovate and lead on developing Tenant Participation Service and digital engagement approaches.
• Provide clear, concise reports to Housing Management Team and other audiences; maintain Tenant Participation database.
• Develop projects and task groups with data provision, analysis and training to improve service delivery.
• Identify and remove obstacles to engagement, with emphasis on vulnerable groups; promote equality and diversity.
