Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably as tenant or customer participation officer.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks and improvement plans.
• Experience producing public information (press releases, newsletters, reports).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Confidentiality and ability to work with minimal supervision.
