As lead on regulatory compliance, you will drive improvements in complaint handling and ensure accurate reporting while guiding a small team in a busy housing office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of customer involvement/resident communications within a housing management organisation.
• Knowledge of legislation surrounding resident consultation, Regulation of Social Housing and Complaint Handling (Housing Ombudsman Service).
• Building and use of systems to monitor service delivery and performance.

• Develop a strategy to improve communications with residents and increase participation.
• Increase digital communications and resident representation across the borough.
• Lead a small team and monitor workload to meet policies and targets.
• Ensure responsive handling of complaints, FOI, and subject access requests.
