Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Part Time Tenant Participation Officer to support the Tenant Participation Manager by leading projects that promote tenant involvement and maximise influence of tenants, residents and stakeholders. You will empower groups, champion change, and drive service improvement within the housing service.

• Lead on promotion of tenant involvement using opportunities for tenants and stakeholders.
• Research, innovate and lead on developing the Tenant Participation Service, including digital engagement.
• Provide clear, accurate reports to Housing Management Team and other senior managers.
• Develop projects and task groups with data provision, analysis, and consultation to improve service delivery.
• Promote equality and diversity in engagement and support risk assessments and training.
