Job summary

Apricus Resourcing Ltd are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for an ongoing contract role based in Leicester within a tenancy team supporting housing services.

You will coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure income is received, and work to turn around void properties quickly with pre-let and post-let checks while maintaining high standards and compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing tenancy management and voids/arrears is required.
• Knowledge of housing benefit regulations and welfare reform.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage risk effectively within tenancy services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure income is received.
• Turn around void properties quickly with pre-let and post-let checks.
• Ensure supported accommodation is available in line with KPIs.
• Oversee cleaning and turnaround tasks and maintain high standards.
• Respect tenancy agreements and assist residents to maintain spaces.
