Job summary

P3 Charity is recruiting a Tenancy Support Worker to provide housing-related support across our accommodation and community-based services in Chesterfield. You will help people build confidence, maintain tenancies and live as independently as possible.

The role involves acting as a keyworker, developing practical life skills, promoting wellbeing, and working with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. You will maintain accurate records and navigate IT systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in tenancy support or housing-related support is desirable.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Work Base: Office based with travel

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive team as a Tenancy Support Worker.

As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will provide housing-related support to people with mental health needs across our accommodation and community-based services. You will help individuals build confidence, develop practical life skills, and maintain successful tenancies, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

• Act as a keyworker, building positive and professional relationships with the people you support.
• Encourage healthy lifestyles, wellbeing, and personal development.
• Support individuals to develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Take a creative and person-centred approach to problem solving.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our internal IT systems.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver a high-quality service and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
