Job summary

Chestertons Estate Agency in London is seeking a Tenancy Consultant to join our Tenancy Services team at the Tower Bridge office. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 8.30am and 6pm, to support a busy lettings operation.

As the primary contact for tenants and landlords from the start of a tenancy, you will advise on Housing Act matters, conduct rent reviews, manage renewals and variations, and ensure a positive, professional experience

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy/lettings/renewals.
• Strong customer service background and communication skills.
• Proficient with tenancy and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the tenancy lifecycle from start to end.
• Provide advice on Housing Act legislation and rent reviews.
• Manage renewals, changes of sharer, and tenancy variations.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with tenants and landlords.
