You will manage day-to-day tenancy services, rent reviews, renewals, variations, notices and terminations, ensuring a compliant, high-quality service to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy management, lettings operations, or central lettings services within estate agency or property management.
• Supervisory or management experience in a customer service/operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation and tenancy management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Tenancy Services team across London brands with focus on service quality and compliance.
• Oversee rent reviews, renewals, variations, notices, and terminations.
• Ensure tenancy documentation and communications meet compliance standards.
