Job summary

Stone Circle Housing is seeking a dedicated housing professional to manage a patch across Wiltshire, serving as the familiar face for tenants from sign-ups to tenancy support. You’ll contribute to lettings, tenancy management and property inspections while upholding housing legislation and best practice.

With responsibilities spanning rent arrears, income collection and tenant support, you will build strong relationships with customers and partner agencies to ensure a positive, compliant tenant

Qualifications

• Recent housing management experience.
• Experience with rent arrears, income collection or income maximisation.
• Experience carrying out home visits and property inspections.

You’ll manage your own patch across Wiltshire and be the familiar face our customers turn to — from welcoming them into their new home to supporting them throughout their tenancy:

• Lettings, viewings and tenancy sign-ups
• Tenancy management and sustainment
• Property inspections and home visits
• Managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
• Rent arrears management and income collection
• Building relationships with customers and partner agencies
• Making sure everything we do meets housing legislation and best practice

No two days look the same, and you'll build real relationships along the way. You might welcome someone into their new home in the morning and help another customer sort something out that afternoon.
