Job summary

EDF is seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator for Sizewell C to lead the design, coordination, and approval process for temporary works. You will liaise with the client and oversee the schedule, ensuring that all designs meet offshore and site standards and are issued for construction.

The role requires recent TWC training and experience with offshore lifting, plus the ability to review briefs and manage risk with the Project Lead.

Qualifications

• First appointment: must have attended a TWC training course within the last 2 years or equivalent.
• Re-appointment: must have held the TWC role within the last 2 years with refresher training within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all parties in the design and construction of temporary works.
• Liaise with client team to determine approvals and safety implications.
• Work with the TWC and Project Lead to maintain the schedule and deliverables.
• Prepare/design briefs and ensure residual risks are described in the design.
• Ensure designs are issued for construction and that methods meet requirements.
