Job summary

The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to support the Sizewell C project in the UK. You will report to the Temporary Works Manager and work with Delivery Directors and Project Managers in delivering temporary works safely and efficiently.

Essential experience includes offshore temporary works, TWC training, and knowledge of BMS procedures. The role involves coordinating design, approvals, and field execution within the Marine and Tunnels Section.

Qualifications

• Offshore experience relevant to temporary works on complex projects.
• Attended a TWC training course or update within the last 2 years.
• Briefing from a senior DI or experienced individual on roles and delegated responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all parties in the design and construction of temporary works.
• Ensure approvals and certifications are obtained where required.
• Work with the client's Temporary Works team to follow procedures.
• Prepare and update the Temporary Works Schedule and review with designers and project leads.
• Supervise Temporary Works Design Check and ensure timely design/construction.
• Ensure drawings are issued for construction and that permanent and temporary works requirements are integrated.
• Conduct on-site inspections of temporary works and manage hold points.
