An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Temporary Staffing Services (TSS) Team at UHCW NHS Trust as a Band 5 Team Leader on a permanent basis. We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures within the service. You will play a key role in maintaining effective audit and governance systems, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, national requirements and best practice, while contributing to ongoing service improvement. Working closely with the other Team Leader, Temporary Staffing Services Manager and Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day operational delivery of the service. This will involve liaising with Trust-wide colleagues, professional leads and external agencies to ensure efficient and responsive staffing support across the organisation. Together with the other Team Leader, you will share line management responsibility for the TSS Booking Assistants and Officers, providing day-to-day supervision, support and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery and staff development.
