Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Temporary Staffing Team Leader to oversee day-to-day bank, agency and recruitment duties, ensuring clear communication of shifts to bank workers. You will supervise an administrative team, conduct inductions and appraisals, and ensure compliance with agency regulations within the NHS framework.

You must have Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available. The closing date is 16 November 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent education is required.
• Leadership qualification or equivalent experience is needed.
• ECDL or willingness to achieve within set timescales is expected.
• HNC/HND or equivalent experiential learning is preferred.
• NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bank, agency and recruitment duties and maintain clear shift communication.
• Allocate and supervise administrative tasks and conduct inductions for new staff.
• Provide leadership, appraisals, supervision and development for the admin team.
• Ensure compliance with agency worker regulations and NHS framework rules.
