Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a temporary Reward Analyst to support the Reward team during a busy project period in Walsall.

You will maintain P11D and tax records, handle employee queries, data validation, and administrative tasks, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

This short-term assignment offers immediate start, full-time hours, and an opportunity to gain experience within a specialist Reward function.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/payroll/reward administration.
• Exposure to P11D, benefits, reward or employee tax processes.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and employee data.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reward team with P11D and employee tax administration activities.
• Review, update and correct employee records.
• Carry out high-volume data validation and data cleansing tasks.
• Ensure employee tax and benefits information is recorded accurately.
• Respond to employee queries via email.
• Maintain confidential employee information in line with procedures.
• Support the wider Reward function with administrative tasks.
• Assist with project-related activities and reporting.
