Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a temporary Reward Analyst in Walsall to support the Reward team during a busy project period. The role focuses on maintaining P11D and employee tax records and handling related admin and queries.

You will join a well-established UK organisation with a national workforce, contributing to data accuracy, record updates and reporting while upholding confidentiality and company procedures. Immediate start is available and full-time hours with flexible arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Payroll/Reward administration or similar role.
• Exposure to P11D, employee benefits and tax processes.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and handling employee data.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Reward team with P11D and employee tax administration activities.
• Reviewing, updating and correcting employee records.
• Carrying out high-volume data validation and data cleansing tasks.
• Ensuring employee tax and benefits information is recorded accurately.
• Responding to employee queries via email.
• Maintaining confidential employee information in line with company procedures.
• Supporting the wider Reward function with administrative tasks as required.
• Assisting with project-related activities and reporting.
