schuh is hiring a Temporary Sales Assistant for our Belfast store. You will deliver excellent customer service, greet customers and share product knowledge while working to KPIs and personal targets. Responsibilities include handling payments, orders, stock, and merchandising, with flexible hours and a focus on shop floor standards.

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. A friendly, proactive attitude and good communication are valued, with benefits including discounts

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Full training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service by greeting customers and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.
