schuh is hiring Temporary Sales Assistants for our Lakeside store. You will deliver high levels of customer service, greet customers and share product knowledge to help them find the perfect shoe.

The role offers flexible hours, weekend/evening shifts, and training. You'll handle payments, stock, merchandising, and store opening/shutdown tasks, with benefits including discounts and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferable, but not essential.
• Full training will be provided for the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Process payments, customer orders, and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintain high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assist with opening and shutdown procedures.
