Job summary

schuh in Bristol Cabot Circus is hiring Temporary Sales Assistants. You will greet customers, share product knowledge and help with payments, orders and reservations. The role offers flexible hours, with a minimum 4 hours, and the chance to pick up extra shifts.

• Maintain high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assist with opening and shutdown procedures.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for Temporary Sales Assistants to join our store in Bristol Cabot Circus.

Candidates must have flexibility over weekdays/weekends and have availability over Black Friday and Christmas. Candidates will be contracted to a minimum of 4 hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
