Job summary

schuh in Bath is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, greet customers, and share in-depth product knowledge while supporting daily store operations.

You’ll process payments and orders, help with stock and merchandising, and contribute to achieving KPIs. Full training is provided and previous experience is not essential, with flexible hours to suit you.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in retail is not required; full training will be offered.
• Ability to deliver excellent service and demonstrate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high levels of customer service and greeting customers.
• Providing in-depth product knowledge to shoppers.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards on floor and in back area.
• Assisting with opening and shutdown procedures.
