Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer in Sheffield to support residents during housing maintenance and refurbishment projects. The role operates on a temporary basis with an immediate start and ongoing opportunities.

You will act as the main contact for residents, inform them about works, manage access, and liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role.
• Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or refurbishment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confident dealing with residents and contractors.
• Good organisational and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works.
• Keep residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and timescales.
• Arrange appointments and manage resident access.
• Deal with queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Liaise with contractors, site teams and housing management.
• Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure resident issues are followed up.
