Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to manage resident journeys during refurbishment projects across the Northwest and Bradford as required. You will be the main contact, ensuring clear communication, minimising disruption and delivering a high-quality customer experience before, during and after works.

Working with site teams, clients, subcontractors and local stakeholders, you will help deliver projects efficiently while keeping residents satisfied and well

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's experience in a customer-facing role within construction, housing, refurbishment or retrofit.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• GCSEs (English and Maths) or equivalent.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR/data protection requirements.
• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance or retrofit projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to residents before, during, and after works.
• Build positive relationships with residents to ensure excellent experience.
• Identify vulnerable residents and arrange appropriate support.
• Maintain resident information securely under GDPR.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate resident engagement in line with project requirements.
• Develop relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Attend resident consultation events and information sessions.
• Conduct resident inductions and record survey evidence where required.
• Complete resident profiling to support planning and communication.
• Coordinate access arrangements and schedule appointments with residents.
• Prepare and distribute resident communication packs for new projects.
• Support social value initiatives through community engagement activities.
