Join Our Clients Team as a Property Administrator!

Are you passionate about property management? Our client is looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join their vibrant team in the heart of student accommodation. This temporary position offers the potential for a permanent role and provides a fantastic opportunity to make a difference!

Role Overview

• Contract Type: Temporary with potential to go permanent
• Start Date: Monday 13th October
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• £13.00-£14.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy agreements and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Coordinate smooth student move-ins and move-outs, including key handovers.
• Act as the first point of contact for student queries, providing excellent customer service.
• Log maintenance requests and conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with financial administration, including rent collection and invoice processing.
