Fashion & Retail Personnel is recruiting a customer service advisor for a high-street retailer on a temporary, part-time basis (about 20 hours per week) beginning ASAP for four months.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, relay feedback to senior management, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Previous CS experience and a proactive attitude are valued; Zendesk experience is a plus. Weekly pay, holiday entitlement, and a pension scheme are included.
