Job summary

Brightwork Limited is recruiting for our prestigious client in the Ayr area to provide temporary, part-time catering staff on-site. The role includes food preparation, service at the hot plate and salad bar, till work and kitchen cleaning.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–14:00 with some weekend flexibility; prior catering experience and food hygiene training are preferred. This is a temporary position on-site in Ayr.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience required.
• Food hygiene training (ideally a food hygiene certificate) preferred.

• Simple cooking.
• Temperature checks.
• Service at hot plate and salad bar.
• Till work.
• Kitchen cleaning.
• Any other duties required in a busy canteen environment.

This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our Prestigious client in the Ayr Area and require temporary part time catering staff for our clients site.

Your Time at Work

Hours of Work are Monday to Friday circa 1000-1400 however flexibility is required as hours are subject to change. This role may involve some weekend work.
