Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a part-time Weekend Catering Assistant to support food preparation and maintain the cleanliness of kitchens, dining areas and related equipment. You will help with production, portioning, distribution and service of meals and snacks to patients, staff and visitors.

This role emphasises safety, hygiene and teamwork, with responsibilities including assisting with meal service and ensuring high quality catering throughout weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
