Based in modern, easily accessible offices local to Pride Park in Derby, our client is also offering an immediate start following on from a short yet simple interview process.

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to support with daily operational tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for learners and managers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the learner journey.

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate CRM systems and learner records
  • Prepare relevant confidential documents for students
  • Support finance team with basic invoicing when required
  • Assist with general office tasks including filing and postal tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in an educational or training setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • A professional, friendly manner and a “can-do” attitude

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, early finish on a Friday

Salary: c£14 per hour D.O.E

Job Type: Temporary for approx. 12 weeks, potential to extend
