West Midlands and Worcestershire Perm Hub is seeking a Temporary Office & Professional Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham City Centre / Hagley Road. You will manage a growing temporary recruitment desk, win new business, and build a strong network of clients and temporary candidates.

Qualifications

Experience in temporary recruitment, ideally in Office/Professional/Commercial sectors.
Strong client relationship development and new business expansion.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with proactive business development.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of and grow the Temporary Office & Professional recruitment desk.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and win new business across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Make proactive sales calls and cold approaches to prospective clients.
Arrange client visits, meetings and business development activities.
Source, interview and place candidates into temporary Office & Professional roles.
Build and maintain a strong database of temporary candidates.
Manage temporary workers throughout assignments and ensure strong engagement.
Handle bookings, timesheets and day-to-day workforce needs.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.
Maintain compliance across temporary placements.
