Job summary

Pertemps Network Group in Birmingham City Centre is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office. You will take ownership of an established temporary recruitment desk, working with existing clients and developing new business across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in one of the specialist markets (Driving, Industrial, or Office & Professional).

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing client relationships.
• Working with established and contract clients.
• Winning new business through proactive sales and cold calling.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing temporary candidates.
• Managing day-to-day client and candidate requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

We're growing our Birmingham team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office.

We're open to candidates with experience in any one of the following areas:

Industrial / Warehouse Recruitment

You don't need experience across all three - we're looking for someone with a strong background in one of these specialist temporary recruitment markets.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of an established temporary recruitment desk, working with existing clients and developing new business across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

Depending on your area of expertise, you'll be responsible for:
