Pertemps West Midlands & Worcestershire Perm Hub is seeking an Industrial Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham office. You will manage an established industrial temp desk, build strong client relationships, and drive new business across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

The role offers a base salary of £28,000–£32,000 with uncapped bonus and commission, plus full training and clear progression in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial or Temporary recruitment.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to prospects.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established Industrial temporary recruitment desk.
• Manage and develop existing client and contract accounts.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Deliver high service levels to clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.
• Develop new business across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
• Make cold calls and sales approaches to prospective clients.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits and business development activity.
• Source, interview and place candidates into temporary Industrial roles.
• Manage temporary workers throughout assignments.
• Handle bookings and day-to-day client requirements.
