• Experience in temporary recruitment (Office/Professional/Commercial) is required.
• Strong client relationship management and new business development skills.
• Ability to make sales calls, visit clients and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Temporary Office & Professional recruitment desk.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Source, interview and place candidates into temporary roles.
• Manage bookings, timesheets and day-to-day workforce requirements.
• Ensure compliance across placements and build a strong candidate pool.
