Job summary

A growing organisation near Weston-super-Mare urgently requires a Temporary HR Admin / HR Officer. This office-based role involves supporting the HR team with various duties, including contract management and HR query resolution. Ideal candidates will possess HR experience or relevant administrative skills, alongside a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.

  • Sending employee contracts and letters.
  • Updating CRM with employment data.
  • Answering HR queries and escalating when necessary.
  • Updating employee holiday records.
  • Conducting compliance and background checks.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the HR team.

Job description

Are you immediately available for a Temporary HR Admin / HR Officer role?

You’ll be supporting a growing organisation located on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare, so need urgent support in the HR team. As HR Admin or Officer, you will be supporting the HR Manager ad the wider team.

  • Paying £13.30 - £14.85 per hour
  • 3 month contract (potentially may be extended) starting ASAP
  • Working 9am – 5pm
  • Office based role
  • Due to location you will need a car

Duties include:

  • Sending employee contracts and letters
  • Updating the new CRM with employment data
  • Answering HR queries and escalating when required
  • Updating employee holiday
  • Employee compliance and background checks
  • Any other ad hoc support to the wider team

You will need:

  • Experience working within HR, or a strong Administrator with a CIPD, or aspects of HR within their role looking to make the next move
  • To be proactive in approach
  • Have excellent attention to detail
