Job Purpose
The HousingComplaints Officer will play a key role in supporting a resident-focused andtransparent approach to complaints handling within the Housing Service. Thepostholder will be responsible for managing and investigating Stage 1 housingcomplaints, ensuring that concerns are addressed fairly, professionally, and inaccordance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice.
