Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is seeking an experienced Temporary Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy pub and restaurant operation in South Devon, between Sidmouth and Seaton. You will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume environment and for maintaining the highest standards of food quality.

We offer £21.00 per hour, 40-60 hours per week, inclusive live-in accommodation and an immediate start for a minimum 4-week placement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
• Capable of working under pressure in a busy operation.
• Strong organisational and delegation skills.
• Available for immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable Head Chef who can hit the ground running and take responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation in a high-volume food environment.
