Qualifications

• Experience in reception, front of house, hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in car dealership advantageous but not essential.
• Vibrant, friendly and approachable personality.
• Confident speaking with customers face-to-face.
• Available for the full period including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the front desk and manage the reception area.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Provide first-class customer service and refreshments when required.
• Support the dealership team with general reception duties.
