Job summary

Jobwise is seeking a Receptionist / Front of House Host for a variety of temporary assignments at premier UK properties. You will welcome guests, answer queries and provide professional, friendly reception and phone support.

Role hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with weekly pay and holiday entitlement (up to 28 days). Experience in hospitality or front-of-house is ideal, and you will thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front of house roles.
• Previous reception experience is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors on arrival and answer enquiries.
• Handle phone calls and direct to the appropriate person.
• Manage conference room bookings and catering requests.
• Provide general ad hoc reception duties as needed.
