Qualifications

• Previous Reception, Front of House, Customer Service or Administration experience is preferred.

• Professional and presentable when working in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Confident dealing with a wide range of people.
• Friendly, approachable and welcoming.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to settle quickly into new environments.
• Good IT skills and comfortable learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Dealing with general enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Managing the reception area and ensuring visitors are looked after
• Supporting with general administration where required
• Liaising with colleagues and departments to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently
• Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for the business
