Job summary

Jobwise Ltd in Stockport is seeking a Temporary Receptionist / Host for a premium car dealership. You will manage front-of-house reception, greet customers, answer calls, and ensure a warm welcome in a smart, professional setting.

This temporary cover runs from 30 September to 7 October, with hours 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday and a Saturday shift; £12.71 per hour, weekly pay, free parking and a coffee machine in the foyer.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, front of house, hospitality or customer service.
• Previous dealership reception experience is a plus but not required.
• Confident, friendly and well-presented with strong communication.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist / Host to join a prestigious car dealership based in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive, approachable personality who enjoys meeting and speaking with customers and wants to work within a premium customer-facing environment.

The cover is required from 30th September to 7th October, including Saturday 3rd October.

What will you be doing as a Receptionist / Host?

• Working on the front-of-house reception
• Welcoming customers into the dealership
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Speaking with customers and ensuring they receive a warm welcome
• Offering customers and colleagues refreshments when required
• Providing first-class customer service
• Supporting the dealership team with general reception duties

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Customer Service experience
• Previous Reception experience within a car dealership would be advantageous but is not essential
• A vibrant, friendly and approachable personality
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Smart, professional and well-presented
• Attentive, positive and reliable
• Available for the full period of cover, including Saturday 3rd October
