Allen Associates (Oxford) Ltd is seeking a Temporary ER Specialist to support a busy HR team in Oxford. This short-term role requires an immediate start and is paid weekly via PAYE, spanning approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

• Experience in HR or employee relations role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations processes and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR and ER matters, including absence, performance, probation, and organisational change.
• Support managers with ER casework and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Assist with staffing, recruitment, HR processes, and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop, communicate, and deliver briefings on HR policies and updates to staff and managers.
• Monitor HR processes such as absence, appraisals, contracts, and payroll changes, ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain HR records and reports, providing data-driven insights to the HR manager.
