Job summary

Oxford Health is seeking two Senior HR Advisors on fixed term contracts to support a period of change. You will provide high‑quality HR advice, handle complex ER casework and work with unions to resolve issues, while operating in a hybrid setup onsite in Oxford.

You will have postgraduate HR management credentials and extensive experience in a large organisation, including change implementation and employment law. The role supports collaboration across sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience advising on HR issues in a large complex organisation.
• Experience of advising on organisational change and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead on specialist HR advice and support on ER issues, policies and best practice.
• Undertake ER casework including disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.
• Collaborate with managers and Trade Union representatives to resolve ER matters.
