Zusammenfassung

The Ipswich Dispatch client is seeking a Temporary Dispatch Administrator to join the team on a full-time temporary basis. The role runs for two weeks from Monday 16th November, with a 9-day fortnight and hours from 8:45am to 5:15pm (Mon-Thu) and 8:45am to 5:00pm (Fridays).

Salary is up to £30,000 per annum. Responsibilities include coordinating dispatches by sea, air and road, liaising with freight forwarders and couriers, exporting documentation and handling queries, plus general dispatch

Qualifikationen

• Previous transport or logistics experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and legislation is advantageous.
• Previous SAP experience would be beneficial.
• Strong IT, organisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Be available to start work Monday 16th November for 2 weeks.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating customer order dispatches by sea, air and road.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, couriers and third parties.
• Preparing export dispatch documentation and applying freight charges.
• Responding to delivery queries and resolving issues with couriers.
• General administration and filing within the dispatch office.
